This course gives successful candidates the license required by the State of Texas to carry a handgun as well as other states that accept the Texas LTC.
What is required but not included:
- Fingerprints
- Online application from the DPS Website
- A serviceable handgun (at least .22 caliber) We do have rental guns for $5.00. (Ammo not included).
- 50 rounds of quality ammo (no reloads). Ammo will be subject to inspection along with your handgun that will be used.

THIS IS NOT AN INSTRUCTIONAL COURSE, YOU MUST DEMONSTRATE, ON YOUR OWN,
HOW TO LOAD AND UNLOAD, FIRE AND MAKE YOUR WEAPON SAFE. IF YOU NEED ASSISTANCE WITH THIS
WE HAVE PRE LTC COURSES AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST FOR $65.00. IF YOU TAKE
YOUR LTC COURSE FROM US THAT MONEY WILL BE REFUNDED OR USED TO PAY FOR THE LTC COURSE.

Upon completion Successful candidates will receive the LTC-100 form. This form from the instructor signifies that you have successfully completed the Texas License to Carry course and must be submitted to the Texas DPS along with your completed application and fingerprints.
